Housing:
We are not landlords, but your Social Worker will help you to get a flat within the Priesthill area. They will assist you to liaise with Housing.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Do I Have To Pay For The Service? Your Social Worker will complete a financial assessment to identify whether or not you make a contribution to the Social Work Department for the services that they purchase on your behalf.

How Do You Know We Will Provide A Good Service? We choose our workers carefully and our managers check they are doing their job well. We will ask you, your Social Worker and others who are important to you what you think about the service. The Care Commission will tell us if we are getting it right and you can see what they have written about us.If you are unhappy with our service you are entitled to make a complaint. There is a leaflet in our information pack which explains how to do this.
