How do I apply? 
Applicants need to download and complete the application form and equal opportunities in Employment form, and then return them to us either by post or as an email attachment.

Applicants should use this Application Form  which can be completed and either posted or emailed to us. In the same way, return the Equal Opportunities Monitoring Form

The completed forms must be returned to the details below before CLOSING DATE.  Before returning their application, applicants should make sure they have done the following:

  • Completed all sections of the Application Form;
  • Completed the Equal Opportunities Form;
  • Marked clearly on the application form which post/posts they are applying for and which location they would like to be based in e.g. Falkirk
  • If applying for part-time work, state how many hours a week/availability

Applicants must refer to the Person Specification when completing the application form and give specific examples of how they meet the criteria.
